Emaar MGF, one of India's leading premier real estate developers, today signed an agreement with the Government of Uttarakhand, for designing, constructing and operating/ managing a five star hotel and convention centre in Dehradun. The five star hotel property and the convention centre is part of an integrated facility comprising retail and entertainment space spread across 10 acres of land and has been planned with an investment of Rs 200 crores over 2 years.
